Identity
Confirms that an account holder passed the configured identity check. It does not prove that everything the person later says is true.

Property
Confirms the property evidence required by the relevant verification pathway. It is separate from confirming an advertiser's authority to offer it.
Relationship to property
Shows whether evidence supporting the advertiser's claimed relationship to the property has been checked, for example as owner, resident landlord or authorised manager.
Status matters
Current, expired and changed are different things.
Verification statuses should carry dates and lifecycle information where that helps users judge how current the evidence is. Reverification can be required when evidence becomes stale or circumstances change.
Privacy matters too
Show the result, not somebody's documents.
Other marketplace users should normally see a useful verification result, not copies of passports, identity cards or supporting private documents.
Verification is evidence, not a guarantee.
A successful check reduces uncertainty. It cannot guarantee a safe tenancy, a person's future conduct or that a property will suit your needs.
