Privacy
Privacy should be understandable, not buried.
This development page explains the intended privacy approach. The final privacy notice will be completed and legally reviewed before public marketplace launch.
Data minimisation
Domisure is designed to collect and retain information needed to operate accounts, listings, verification, messaging, safety and support while avoiding unnecessary sensitive data.
Account and security data
The platform processes account identifiers, authentication information, security events and session information to protect accounts and investigate misuse. Passwords are stored as secure one-way hashes rather than readable passwords.
Verification data
Where external identity or property-verification providers are used, Domisure aims to retain useful verification results and references rather than unnecessary copies of underlying identity documents.
Marketplace history
Material listing changes, moderation events and relevant records may need to be retained to preserve audit history, investigate disputes and protect users.
The final notice will identify the operator, lawful bases, processors, international transfers, retention periods and data-subject rights applicable at launch.
